About

I'm a fellow Hudson Valley homeowner, based in Kingston. After purchasing my home in 2019, I began providing art installation and handyperson services within a small network of realtors and friends in the area. This grew naturally from the experiences and skills I’ve acquired over two decades of freelancing and working as an artist in New York.

Since settling here, I’ve experienced the ups, downs, and quirks of owning a home in our region. At times I’ve wished I had a second brain or set of hands to stay on top of all of the needs that come with owning a home. I’ve heard others in our community share that sentiment, which is why I created Osda. My goal is to be a dependable, trusted presence for fellow homeowners—giving you peace of mind and helping you care for your home with confidence.
